These cards were made with the Plentiful Plants bundle. I love building different plants and creating scenes. I cut the paper lattice to create a plant stand,/shelves I think it turned out pretty cool.

I am very pleased with how this card turned out! It's a great one to show how beautifully our new Blending Brushes can be used. I've found that less ink and more than one application make a difference in how smooth the blending looks. I'm getting better results each time I use them.
On the inside of the card I used Pear Pizzazz and Balmy Blue with the blending brushes to create the background. Sticky notes prevent the ink from going anywhere you don't want it to go. I left the center white so that it appeared as kind of the light source. Then I stamped a greeting where it would be hidden behind the plant when the card was closed.
I stamped the pot and plants, diecut then glued them behind the plant hanger diecut. A dot of glue suspends the hanging plant from the 'frame' topped off with an In Color Jewel. I used a Stitched Rectangle die to cut an opening on the front which gives a frame to the card.
Hello, I'm capturing the outdoor feeling today with these two cards. The first one uses the Forever Fern bundle and the second one with Mountain Air.
Beauty of the Earth DSP, and Curvy dies. I colored the white ribbon with Night of Navy Stampin' Blends |

Who doesn't love plants? Well, there are some of us who have a 'black thumb' as opposed to a green thumb and tend to kill plants. I happen to be lucky enough to have a huge yard full of plants and flowers of every kind, thanks to my husband who has two green thumbs!
I sure do enjoy creating with the Plentiful Plants bundle. Actually, I liked it so much I ordered the entire suite of products that coordinate. You can easily order the suite with just one product number instead of entering in all the separate numbers for each product. The suite consists of the bundle, DSP and an embellishment called Paper Lattice. The samples below were copied from the catalog. It's such a great inspiration for ideas! All the colors used are in the DSP, so it makes color coordination a breeze.
