Dress Up Framelits

Today is "Girly Day" at our church Card Ministry. We're making birthday cards to send to the senior ladies. Then just for fun, we're going to make the lipstick holders  you see below. I'm excited because I think everyone will have fun playing and experimenting with lace, ribbons, pearls and paper dolls!! I made these samples just to give the girls some ideas, but I'm packing all kinds of stuff to take for them to play around with. The directions for the lipstick holder came from my friend Brenda. You can find them on her blog. On one of them you can see I added the dress form. Instead of cardstock, I used the cardboard backing from a package of designer series paper.

SU's cardstock is thick enough to make these adorable little favors. I'm going to give some away at a vendor fair and make some for a craft show.  Just who came up with the design construction of these keen kisses? Not me, no unh-uh. That would be my friend Brenda.
