For this card I used the Faux Silk technique with the NEW Unbounded Love bundle that will be available in the NEW catalog tomorrow! Yay!
I've seen two different versions of the faux silk technique. For the card below, the images were stamped on Basic White cardstock, then the entire surface was covered with glue stick. Then white tissue paper was crinkled and spread out on the surface leaving plenty of wrinkles.
For this card stamp directly on the tissue paper and allow it to dry. Once dry, gently crinkle up the
tissue paper. Then cover a piece of Whisper White
card stock with glue stick and gently smooth your
tissue paper onto the card stock, leaving some crinkles. Let dry and then trim excess
tissue paper from around card stock.
