Since Stampin' Up! is changing the stamp packaging to envelopes instead of the CD cases, I decided to retro fit my stamp sets. Come watch the video and take a look at the photos. The Avery Elle Envelopes I used are from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Avery-Elle-SS-5001-Storage-PkgLarge/dp/B01LVVB59K/ref=sr_1_1_pp?sr=8-1
Before storage table. I looked over here and began thinking how else I could store the crates of stamps.
After: I moved the crates of stamps now stored in envelopes, to this taple top. This is right next to the basket of cards.
The diecutting and computer area didn't change.
My desk area did not change either, even Tesla is at home in her spot! I love having my childhood furniture in my craft space. My parents died when I was a young adult and this comforts me more than I can say. Besides, why shell out the big money to install cabinets and countertops when that money can be used for MORE ART AND CRAFT MATERIALS! lol Besides, I am my Scottish parents daughter, very practical; reuse instead of buying new.
Sentiments Binder
I have always copied the stamp insert page and filed each one in my Sentiments Binder. That way when looking for a sentiment and greeting for a card, I can easily see what I have available. After the mini makeover of my craft room, I wanted to make my binder more efficient. So I stamped all the sentiments and greeting in alllll of my stamps sets. I then wrote the name of the stamp set, drew a line then added the next one. I have dividers labeled with occasions such as: birthdays, thinking of you, thank you, baby, wedding/anniversary, etc.
