Fun With Florals!

I met the UPS man with a big ole' smile on my face yesterday, because he had a huge box of Stampin' Up! goodies for my friends and I. Naturally, I was excited to get new things to play with, but I'm also excited for my friends to have new things too. I can't wait to see what they make!

Types of Stamps

Stampin' Up! carries three types of stamps: photopolymer, wood mount and clear mount. These names can be confusing to new stampers as they may think that clear mount are the see through stamps. Clear mount refers to the clear block you place them on. This video shows some basics about mounting your new stamps that are great for new stampers and also good for a review for more seasoned stampers.

Magic Fox

I made another Magic Card. I was trying for masculine here, for my son. I used the stamp set, The Wilderness Awaits, some retired DSP, the Hello You Thinlits and colored the fox with Copic markers.

My First Magic Card!

I made using the You've Got This stamp set. The paper is Affectionately Yours designer series paper. I love this card so much, I'm going to make another one, only a masculine version for my son.
