Blooms and Wishes
I'm in need of sympathy cards and the UPS man brought the perfect stamp set yesterday. It's called Blooms and Wishes and I have so enjoyed creating with it this afternoon while looking out the big picture window in my craft room. Lots of flowers are blooming even though it's the middle of summer in the deep south.

Masculine Never Ending Card
Here is another Never Ending Card. This one is for my son, who is an avid outdoorsman.
Keep in mind, this is just ONE CARD, each picture is a different opening of the SAME CARD. I used the video tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers. I really love these, and I am beginning to wonder if making them will ever end? I can see an ocean theme done with the Seaside Shore stamp set and By the Shore Designer Series Paper. Or one done with the Pop of Paradise Stamp Set, Pop of Pink DSP and Washi tape....

Jar Full of Hello
This stamp set and Framelits are just so much darn fun!! To give the jars a more realistic look, I stamped the jar images on Windows Sheets with StazOn ink. Then I cut out the jars and the pretty paper with the matching Framelits. I adhered them together at the top with glue. Our new copper embossing powder works perfectly for the jar tops .

Fruit Crate Pop Up Card
Once and a while someone creates a card you just have to copy because it is just perfectly wonderful. This is one of those cards. It was designed by Brownlyn Eastley and her tutorial is here:

Blue and Yellow
I love the combination of blue and yellow. Blue is my favorite color and yellow just adds a pop of cheer. These colors just make me happy. The first card was done with the Floral Phrases stamp set and the Detailed Floral Thinlits Die. Night of Navy and So Saffron provide the colors in card stock and ink.
I made this slider card using Dawn Griffith's tutorial. You can find it here. If you're like me, you like to have some of the directions written as you watch a video. I jotted down the basics to use while watching the video, you can see them below.

- cut two pieces of card stock 4 ¼ x 5½
- cut card stock 3 ¼ x 4 ¾
- line cardstock up on cutter at 3 ½ using the cutting blade; using the cutting arm to cut from ¾ to 4 ¾
- cut the other side the same way, (line card stock up on cutter at 3 ½ using the cutting blade, using the cutting arm to cut from ¾ to 4 ¾)
- lide one end (bottom) at ¾ and cut to connect the cut lines already made
- line card stock up at 1 ¼ on the cutter and score between the two cut lines
- slide card stock down to 3 inches and score between cut lines
- slide card stock down to ¾ and score between cut lines
- apply Tear & Peel Tape to bottom area where you scored at 1 ¼
- line your slider piece onto the tape trying to keep it centered between the cut lines.
- use one inch circle punch to punch a half of a circle out on the top of the pumpkin pie only
- line the front and back piece up to punch the back layer. Punching out the back piece with 1 inch circle punch
