Band Together and a Pick em' Up Truck!
This is another one of my favorites from the new catalog. All the bands in the dies are soooo versatile! You can use them with many other stamps. I looked at the picture in the catalog on page 121, and went with that design, I just changed the colors.

Flutterby
I've been playing around with new color combinations today. I really like our new InColors, especially Seaside Spray and Purple Posy. It's really hard to chose favorites, because I like Rococo Rose and Pretty Peacock too! As my Mom would say, they are "yummy colors."

For some reason, I couldn't get a good scan of the colors. I fixed them in Photoshop and they are better, but much prettier in real life! Below the photos are the supplies for both projects.

Symbolic of resurrection and eternal

Resurrection of Christ from the tomb. Just as the butterfly comes
forth with a new body, those who trust in Christ come forth with new
life. The butterfly also represents flight, freedom and creative
thinking. A symbol of spring, the butterfly truly reflects the beauty
of nature.

Free As A Bird
Such a fun stamp set to play with and birds are so on trend right now! Who doesn't love our feathered friends?
The supplies are listed below reflect both of today's projects. The first card was done with embossing paste that I colored with Crumb Cake ink refill and the new Seaside Spray cardstock. The second card features the Bird Ballad Laser-cut Cards and Tin. This beautiful tin comes with 12 cards and matching envelopes to use in your card making. The tin measures approximately 7-1/2 x 5-1/2.

Graduation Idea
I needed a graduation card for one of our nephews and I don't have a graduation stamp set. So I was poking around on blogs looking for ideas using non graduation stamp sets. I found one! Lyssa to the rescue! Fellow Demonstrator, Lyssa Zwolenek, had a great idea using a triangle for the mortarboard and a tassel.
