Stamping Class

We had such fun creating yesterday!! The first card uses some of the paper you can earn for free during SALE-A-BRATION. It's called Springtime Foils and  parts of it are embossed. We used a brayer and covered the entire piece with Memento ink changing the background from white to gray. So cool! The stamp set is one of the free choices during the sale too:)

The second card uses the Spotlight Technique. While the third card uses the Coffee Cafe stamp set and coordinating Thinlits.

Green Latte

Another card with Coffee Cafe in a different layout. In real life the Pool Party ink shows up real well. I couldn't adjust the color on my scanner to show it clearly. I love how that swirl design looks like a coffee ring. That stamp is from Timeless Textures.

The image of the cup clearly stamped and poorly stamped? Well that's a clever trick to use if you have a Photopolymer stamp that doesn't stamp well. All I did was use my Stampin' Pierce Mat. That bit of cushion is all it took to get a nice sharp image:)

Thanks A Latte

I just love coffee. When I saw this stamp set and Thinlits in the new catalog last summer I knew I had to have it. It comes with some terrific coordinating designer series paper too. I don't even have that yet and I'm still having a blast creating with it. Right now I'm working on a design for next month's class.

Tesla Tales
It's a rainy afternoon here is South Carolina, so I'm tucked in my craft room creating. Just color me happy! I'm glad a got in a good long walk this morning before the rain came too. Our dog, Tesla, is especially glad, as she loves to run after a ball in the front pasture. I call her Mighty Dog as she powers into Turbo Drive trying to get across the pasture before the ball lands.

It's Still Winter and Time For Hot Chocolate!

Extending the life of some Holiday catalog items: I have several customers who bought this stamp set, and.... while it is 80 degrees here in SC, it's still winter in most of the country. I wanted to show that this set can still be used. So, if you have this set, it's still February, get it out! :)
