Aiken To Stamp Your Art Out

I formed a local group called Aiken To Stamp Your Art Out and we had our first meeting today. It was loads of fun! Wonderful people and conversation, plus we created which is always a bonus!

Materials
Large Oval Punch
Sticky Strip
2 sheets of Seasons of Style Designer Series Paper Stack
4 ½” X 7 ½” piece of Coordinating cardstock (Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive, Baked Brn Sugar, Crumb Cake or Chocolate Chip)
Gift Bow Bigz L Die 


1.  Score 4 ½” X 7 ½” piece of cardstock at 1 ½” from each edge on all four sides as shown below.


2.  Cut from the edge to the score line as shown in blue below. This will create the tabs.
3.  Cut notches on the tabs to make them fit better.
4.  Assemble the box by applying Sticky Strip to each tab and fold them in, so that the long side is on the outside. Set this aside while constructing the “bag.”


5.  Score 1 ½” on the short side of two pieces of Seasons of Style DSP Stack. Fold and attach them together with Sticky Strip.

6.  Use the Oval Punch to make handles.

7.  Adhere the box to the bottom of your “bag” with Sticky Strip.

Chalk Talk Framelit, Petite Curly Label Punch, 1 ¼” Scallop Circle Punch
 






  1. Cut 2 ½” x 5 ½” Sweater Weather designer series paper, then Score at 3 ½” Fold DSP on the score line and place just inside the cutting line of the Chalk Talk Framelit.
  2. Use the Scallop Border Punch on the pocket side of the dsp.
  3. Cut 2 3/8” x 3 5/8” Chocolate Chip Cardstock
  4. Cut 9” white ¼” grosgrain ribbon
  5. Adhere the top and bottom of the DSP to the cardstock leaving room for the ribbon to slide underneath.
  6. Stamp Yum in Pumpkin Pie on Whisper White and punch out with Petite Curly Label punch.
  7. Punch Scalloped Circle from Chocolate Chip cs and attach Yum with dimensional to it.
  8. Place candy in the pocket and tie ribbon attaching the punched and layered ‘Yum’.
  9. Slide a Mini Glue Dot behind the ribbon against the cardstock if needed.
  10. Trim the corners of the cardstock to match the Chalk Talk Framelit.
  11. Punch hole in top of candy holder.
  12. Slide 6” of Pumpkin Pie Chevron ribbon through the hole and pull both sides to the top.  Use 5”of linen thread to tie the ribbons closed and trim ends.
