I'm still on the leaf channel here! lol. The first card below is not my design, it's by a Stampin' Up! Demo from Northern Ireland, Donna Ferguson. Isn't it stunning? I never would have thought to use Cherry Cobbler with Cajun Craze, and it is such a beautiful combination.

I've got to share some thoughts on the Foil Sheets. The new Embellished Ornaments Thinlit dies look amazing with that paper. However, it is a bit tricky to use. Even with my new Big Shot, I have to finesse it: wax paper, dryer sheets and the pokey tool. I really hate to resort to the pokey tool, but I love that shiny bling that the Foil Sheets offer. So I got to thinking. In that Thinlit set are also some outline shapes for the ornaments. So I tried using the Foil Sheets as the background, and cutting the intricate ornament die from regular cardstock, which does not require dryer sheets or the pokey tool in my machine. I really like the look.
