1. Cut cardstock 9 ½ x 9 ½
2. On Envelope Punch Board, punch and score at 3 ½ and 5 inches
3. turn 180̊ and repeat: punch and score at 3 ½ and 5 inches
4. line up both scored guide lines and punch and score (on the other two sides)
5. round one corner for top
6. 1^st score 2 ½ inches to cut off the point
