Musical Season

It was love at first sight with this stamp set. Seriously, who can resist the Little Drummer Boy? I often pair it with the Sheet Music stamp set. In the samples below, I colored some of the holly with ink and the Wink of stella pen. Others I colored with Copic markers and then used the Wink of Stella to add a bit of glimmer to the berries.

A Tip and A Card

I have the best tip for you!! This video is from Lisa Curcio, who figured out that you can revive your empty Clear Wink of Stella to get some more use out of it. When you think it is empty, there is still some glittery shimmer left inside and you can add alcohol to use up the rest of that wonderful shimmery stuff. Check out the video below for how to do it:)

Christmas

You know those pieces of die cuts and stamped images that we all have left over? I finally used some from LAST YEAR! lol This card started out as an experiment.... I was designing cards for an upcoming class.  The gold thread didn't pop like I thought it would and I needed something more. I pulled the pine bows, bow and pinecones from by box of orphan pieces and voila! I actually like this card!
